Red Kite Yurts have been honing their wedding and large events services for meany years now and for 2011 have a brand new addition to our hire stock. Accepted as the largest Yurt in Scotland and with capacity of up to 200 people (150 for a banquet) Red Kite Yurts can now offer the incredible experience of being in a Yurt on a truly remarkable scale.

In order to provide customers with the best possible service Red Kite Yurts have teamed up with wedding and events suppliers across the UK and can arrange anything you need to make your event memorable, for all the right reasons, and hassle free.

Yurts are very deceptive spaces, small on the outside and large on the inside. The picture on the right shows our largest Yurt which, lets be honest, doesn't look particulary big but can accommodate a wedding banquet of up to 150 people very comfortably. Read on for more pictures and inormation.

Red Kite Yurts can supply a full Wedding and events service. We offer flooring options, lavish decorations, heating, lighting, and a full dining service specifically catered to your requiremtns.

The photo on the left demonstrates our banqueting service. Half of the Yurt has been set out for 70 guests, leaving the centre of the Yurt and well over half of the space free to be used as a chill out area, drinks reception and dance floor space.

Our Kyrgyz Yurt design heralds from a land full of colour and Red Kite Yurts have a keen eye for making your wedding or event Yurt a sumptuous display of vibrant colour encapsulated in a truly awe-inspiring architectural structure. The five meter high, double crowned, domed roof makes a stunning centre piece for a wedding ceremony and the elegant roof poles and intricate lattice framework walls offer visual delights that most of your guests will simply not have seen before.

As well as our spectacular wedding venue we can offer couples an unforgetable wedding night experience in one of our luxury wedding night Yurts. We can provide a double bed with clean linen tapestries and candles to excite your sences, champagne, a wood burning stove to keep you warm and a breakfast hamper to enjoy in the morning.
